What does Keyword Clustering do?
SERP-overlap clustering
Two keywords join the same cluster when they share at least 3 of their top 10 results (you can choose 2–5). Keywords are compared with each cluster's pillar, so clusters don't chain into unrelated topics.
Pillar, intent and page type
Every cluster shows its pillar keyword, size, dominant intent and a suggested page type such as a guide, category or product page.
Paste or upload
Paste a list or upload CSV or Excel (XLSX). Duplicates and near-duplicates are cleaned first.

Where does the data come from?
Top 10 results come from searches in the Join Postly Index, not from Google. Keywords that return too few results are grouped by word overlap or meaning instead, and the table shows how each keyword joined its cluster.

How many keywords can I cluster for free?
Up to 100 keywords per run and 3 runs a day on the Free plan, with Excel and CSV downloads. Rank Pro clusters 2,000 and Rank Agency 10,000 keywords at a time.
Which file formats can I upload for keyword clustering?
CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files, or a pasted list with one keyword per line or separated by commas.
