2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 16 years old to use Postly, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Postly — including posting illegal content, spamming, violating platform policies, or attempting to disrupt our services. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments & plans
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Third-party platforms
Postly integrates with third-party social networks. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs or policies.
6. Termination
You may stop using Postly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
Postly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
