Add a watermark to your photos
Put your name, website or logo on your photos before you share them. Choose the position, size, opacity and angle, or tile the mark across the whole image, then apply it to up to 20 photos at once and download them in a ZIP. Your photos are processed in your browser and never uploaded.
How to use the Watermark Image
- 1Choose up to 20 photos from your device. They stay in your browser.
- 2Pick a text watermark (type your name or website) or a logo (a PNG with a transparent background works best).
- 3Set the position, size, opacity and angle, or turn on tiling to repeat the mark across the photo.
- 4Check the preview, then download one photo or all of them as a ZIP file.
Frequently asked questions
Are my photos uploaded to add the watermark?
No. Each photo is drawn on a canvas in your browser with the watermark on top and saved straight to your device. Neither the photos nor your logo leave your device.
Where should I put a watermark on a photo?
A corner mark at 40–60% opacity keeps the photo pleasant to look at. For images that get copied a lot, a tiled, semi-transparent mark across the whole picture is much harder to crop out.
Can a watermark stop people from stealing my photos?
It discourages casual copying and keeps your name attached when photos are shared, but a determined person can still edit it out. Keep your originals and post smaller copies.
What logo file works best as a watermark?
A PNG or WebP with a transparent background, ideally in white or a light colour for dark photos. JPG logos come with a solid box around them.
