Does a WhatsApp link work for a WhatsApp Business number?
Yes, wa.me links work the same for WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business numbers. A business account can also show its catalogue and opening hours once the chat opens.
Why does my WhatsApp link say the number isn't on WhatsApp?
Usually the country code is missing or the number still has its leading 0. Use digits only, starting with the country code, such as 447700900123 for a UK mobile.
