How to use the Schema Markup Generator

Does FAQ schema still show in Google results?

Since 2023 Google shows FAQ rich results only for well-known government and health websites. The markup is still valid and still helps machines understand which answer belongs to which question.

Must the FAQ answers be visible on the page?

Yes. Every question and answer in FAQPage markup must also appear on the page for visitors. Hidden or different text breaks Google's structured data guidelines.

Can I use FAQ schema on a product page?

Yes, for a real FAQ section that the page shows, such as delivery and sizing questions. Don't use it for user questions with several answers; that is QAPage.
