Organize PDF pages: delete, extract or reorder
Remove pages you don't need, pull pages out into a new PDF, or put pages in a new order. Tap pages in the list or type numbers such as 2, 5-7. Pages show as numbers and sizes rather than previews, and you can open the original alongside to check.
How to use the Organize PDF Pages
- 1Drop the PDF you want to change.
- 2Choose Delete pages, Extract pages or Reorder.
- 3Tap the pages in the list, or type their numbers like 2, 5-7. For reordering, drag pages or use the arrows.
- 4Save: you get a new PDF and your original file stays as it was.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the page list show numbers instead of thumbnails?
Making thumbnails means rendering every page, which needs a PDF renderer that this free tool doesn't include. The list shows each page's number and size, and the Open the PDF link shows the original in your browser's viewer so you can match them up.
What's the difference between deleting and extracting pages?
Delete keeps everything except the pages you pick. Extract does the opposite: the new PDF contains only the pages you pick, in the order you typed them.
Is my original PDF changed?
No. The tool always saves a new copy with your changes. The file on your device isn't touched.
