Colour palette generator from an image
Drop a logo, photo or screenshot and get its main colours as a palette with HEX codes, most common first. White backgrounds are skipped and everything happens in your browser, so your image is never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
How many colours does the palette show?
Up to eight main colours, found by grouping similar pixels (median cut). Very similar shades are merged so you get a usable palette rather than hundreds of near-duplicates.
Which image formats can I use?
PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF and SVG. Transparent areas and near-white backgrounds are ignored, which suits most logos.
Can I use the palette for my brand colours?
Yes: copy the HEX codes or CSS variables into your design tool or website, and check text contrast so words stay readable on each colour.
