Email QR code generator
Make a QR code that opens a new email to you, with the address, subject and message already filled in. People scan it and tap send: handy on posters, product inserts, event badges and feedback cards. Download it as PNG or SVG; it never expires.
How to use the QR Code Generator
- 1Choose what the code should open: a link, text, Wi-Fi, email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
- 2Fill in the details. The preview updates as you type.
- 3Pick colours and, if you like, upload a logo. Error correction is raised automatically so the code still scans.
- 4Test the code with your phone camera, then download it as PNG for print and social, or SVG for any size.
Frequently asked questions
How does an email QR code work?
It holds a mailto: link. When someone scans it, their phone opens its mail app with your address, subject and message already filled in, so they only have to tap send.
Can I change the email address after printing the code?
No, the address is stored in the code itself. If it may change, use a QR code to a contact page instead, where you can update the address any time.
Will a long prefilled message make the QR code hard to scan?
Yes: more text means more, smaller squares. Keep the subject and message short, especially if the code will be printed small.
