How to use the Invoice Generator

- 2Set the invoice number, dates and currency, then add a line for each product or service with its quantity, price and tax rate.
- 3Add a discount (before or after tax), shipping or an amount already paid, and choose whether your prices include tax.
- 4Check the live preview, add payment details and notes, then download the PDF. Tap Next number to start the next invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on how many free invoices I can make?
No. Make as many as you like. The tool runs on your own device, so there's no account, no monthly cap and no paid upgrade hiding behind the download button.
Can I add sales tax instead of VAT?
Yes. Change the tax label to Sales tax, GST or anything else, and set a rate for each line. Use 0 for items that aren't taxed and the tax line only shows the rates you used.
Which paper size should I use for an invoice?
US Letter in the United States and Canada, A4 almost everywhere else. Both are available, and the layout adjusts so nothing is cut off when your client prints it.
