How to use the Invoice Generator
- 1Enter your business details in From and your client's in Bill to. Add a logo if you like; it stays on your device.
- 2Set the invoice number, dates and currency, then add a line for each product or service with its quantity, price and tax rate.
- 3Add a discount (before or after tax), shipping or an amount already paid, and choose whether your prices include tax.
- 4Check the live preview, add payment details and notes, then download the PDF. Tap Next number to start the next invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add my NTN and STRN to the invoice?
Yes. Type them under your business name in From, for example "NTN 1234567-8" and "STRN 12-34-5678-901-23". They print exactly as you enter them.
What sales tax rate should I put on a Pakistani invoice?
It depends on what you sell and where: federal sales tax on goods and provincial sales tax on services have different rates, and some items are exempt. Enter the rate that applies to you; this tool doesn't decide tax for you.
Can I write the invoice in Urdu?
Not yet. The PDF uses a built-in font that only has Latin letters, so Urdu text is replaced and the page shows a warning. Write names and addresses in English letters for now.
